Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Payama. By making an account you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

What Payama is

Payama takes a description of a game and produces Roblox content: parts, scripts and place files. It works alongside Roblox Studio through a plugin you install and link to your account.

Payama is in preview. Features may change or disappear, builds may fail, and data may be lost. Do not rely on it as the only copy of anything you care about.

Your account

• Give accurate details, and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
• You should be old enough to enter into these terms where you live. If you are under 13, ask a parent or guardian first.

What you make is yours

You own the games, scripts and place files Payama produces for you. We claim no rights over your creations and we will not use them to promote Payama without asking you first.

You are responsible for what you publish. Anything you put on Roblox must follow Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards, and Payama being involved does not change that.

Fair use

Please do not:

• Use Payama to make anything illegal, or anything that harasses, endangers or exploits other people — children especially.
• Try to break, overload or work around the service, its limits or its security.
• Resell Payama or pass your account to someone else.
• Use it to infringe someone else's copyright or trade marks.
• Automate the service in ways that spoil it for other people.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

Connecting Roblox

Linking your Roblox account is optional and uses Roblox's own sign-in. We ask only for your basic profile. You can disconnect it at any time, and your use of Roblox stays governed by Roblox's terms, not ours.

The AI

Payama's assistant is called Payama AI. It is currently powered by DeepSeek's V4 Flash model — see the Privacy page for details on where your prompts go. AI output is not guaranteed to be correct, safe, original or fit for any purpose. Check what it produces before you publish it. Similar prompts may produce similar results for other people, so we cannot promise anything Payama generates is unique to you.

Availability

Payama is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of faults, and we may change or withdraw features during preview.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Payama Labs is not liable for lost work, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending it

You can stop using Payama and ask us to delete your account whenever you like. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken, or if we stop running the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date at the top and say so on the site. Continuing to use Payama after a change means you accept it.
